Can external users see internal data?
Users have access to built-in tours, guides, videos, documentation and live chat. Admins receive structured training and best-practice materials.
Yes. With API access and Power Automate, the platform can connect to CRM systems, ITSM tools, HR platforms and custom internal systems.
Current integrations include: Microsoft Teams app; Power Automate connector; Microsoft CoPilot connector; Microsoft 365 applications; Webhooks & API automation.
Add-ons include: Power BI data connector; TimeBooker for project time tracking; Custom email domain; Alternative data hosting region; API access. These can be activated at any time.
Yes. You can export ideas, projects and reports directly from the platform. Power BI users can export all data through the data connector.
Yes. You can invite external stakeholders or partners through secure external access settings.
Idea Collection includes forms, campaigns, IdeaBoxes, likes, comments, participation analytics and AI enrichment during submission.
Yes. The platform is built to scale across departments, geographic regions, languages and governance layers. Many enterprise clients run it globally.
No. Many small innovation teams start with only a single funnel and a few power users, then expand gradually as adoption grows.
No. The calculator gives an indication. During the demo we refine the correct setup together, and you can always scale later.
No. You can expand or reduce modules at renewal, depending on how your innovation program evolves.
Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year contracts are available upon request for organizations that prefer long-term pricing certainty.
You can adjust your number of power users, contributors and add-ons at renewal. Renewal terms are communicated well before expiration.
Yes. Volume-based pricing applies to contributors, and large groups of power users may qualify for tailored pricing.
Trials are available for Idea Management and Idea Collection. Larger enterprise rollouts typically include guided onboarding and Success Packages.

Yes. Administrators can control access to specific AI tools based on internal policies or governance requirements.
Yes. Many customers deploy the platform across divisions, plants or global teams. The system supports complex permissions, data isolation and role management.
Yes. Accept Mission offers Success Packages that include workshops, funnel and scorecard configuration, campaign guidance and admin training. This accelerates adoption and ensures a structured rollout.
This module adds project funnels, project tracking, budgets and benefits, timelines, risk fields, portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, prioritization tools and governance workflows.
Idea Management includes funnels, campaigns, IdeaBoxes, scorecards, custom fields, enrichment tools, evaluations, dashboards and reporting. It is the core module in every license.
Standard AI tools include the AI Coach, AI Search, Idea Generator, Idea Router, Image Generator, AI Agents and the AI Journey Builder. Some tools assist contributors, while others support administrators, innovation leads and project managers.
Yes. You can activate Project Portfolio Management or Idea Collection later as your program expands. Your current setup can be extended without disruption.
No. Idea Collection is optional and depends on whether you want broad organization-wide participation. Smaller teams or early-stage programs may begin without it.
It is optional. Many customers start with Idea Management only and add Project Portfolio Management later when they begin selecting and executing projects, running governance processes or reporting portfolio performance to leadership.
Contributors are employees or stakeholders who submit ideas, like, comment and engage in campaigns or IdeaBoxes. They do not manage the platform; they participate in innovation activities.
Power users are the employees who actively manage and configure innovation processes. They create and manage funnels, campaigns, projects, scorecards, reports and dashboards. There are two types of power users: Idea Management power users and Project Portfolio power users.
AI co-pilots are included in every module. You only purchase additional AI credits when usage exceeds the included starter pack.
AI credits are used across all AI co-pilots in Accept Mission, such as idea generation, routing, search, enrichment, image generation and journey building. Each interaction consumes a small number of credits. Your organization receives a starter pack and can purchase additional credit packs when needed.
Absolutely. Many customers begin with a central innovation team and a single funnel and expand as adoption grows.
Yes. Idea Management requires a small minimum team of core power users. Project Portfolio requires a smaller optional minimum when activated. Idea Collection starts with a base volume of contributors. These minimums ensure realistic operational use.
Yes. You can add power users or contributors at any time. Reducing licenses is applied at renewal.
All licenses are billed annually. This ensures stable access for the teams running innovation processes and simplifies procurement and renewal.
Accept Mission uses a modular licensing model. Idea Management is always included, while Project Portfolio Management and Idea Collection can be added when needed. Pricing is based on the number of power users for each module and the number of contributors for idea submission, plus optional AI credit packs when usage grows.
No. Guest users only see content explicitly shared with them via campaigns or IdeaBoxes.
Yes, SSO is available for eligible plans and can be enabled during onboarding.
Yes. The platform uses enterprise-level security with robust data isolation, role-based access, secure authentication and encrypted data storage.
By default, Accept Mission hosts data in Microsoft Azure in West Europe. Alternative hosting regions are available as an add-on.
Yes. Our team can assist with migrating Excel sheets, ideas, project records or other historical data into structured funnels.
Yes. The platform is fully configurable. You can add custom fields, adjust scorecards, define categories, department structures and security settings.

No data is used to train AI models — Accept Mission does not use your company data to train any public or proprietary AI systems.

Yes. By default, all data is securely stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the West Europe region. If your company requires storage in a different region for compliance or internal policies, we offer a Data Location Add-on that lets you choose your preferred location.
